IMPORTANT NOTICE: ANATOMIA is a service for people who take CT or MRI scans to visualize tomographic images as stereoscopic models for better understanding of their own body structures. The service is not intended to diagnose or treat diseases. Please consult your doctor or hospital about diagnosis and treatment.

ANATOMIA realizes intuitive and easy operability. Please read the following totorial prior to start using ANATOMIA.

ANATOMIA Tutorial


Recording medium such as a CD ROM or DVD obtained from hospital contains a lot of medical images other than the slice images. ANATOMIA AA(ANATOMIA Analyzer and Anonymizer)is a Windows OS application that identifies slice images from the medium, and removes personal information such as name before uploading. A_AA will be provided free of charge to users of ANATOMIA.

ANATOMIA_AA operation manual

ANATOMIA AA runs on Windows 7 and later Windows OS.


Requirement

ANATOMIA runs on an Internet browser. It works with Chrome and FireFox, but it is not guaranteed operation with Internet Explorer. Browser should be set to allow JavaScript and popup window functions. Also, advanced graphics functions are required. Stereoscopic display can not work in environments that do not support WebGL.
